Jewellery Retail Design: IJL 2017

Updated: Jun 12, 2019

We are excited to announce that we shall be exhibiting for the first time at the forthcoming IJL 2017 show  on 3-5 September at London Olympia. International Jewellery London 2017 is the leading event for the Jewellery trade sector.

Whilst we work with retailers large and small across the retail sector, we are currently working with a number of innovative jewellery retail clients. Indeed, both the 2016 and 2017 UK Jewellery Awards shortlisted our jewellery retail design projects in their ‘Best Store Environment’ category.

So in addition to having our own stand in the Retail Experience area, we are also pleased to have been asked to get involved with IJL 2017 in a number of ways. Lloyd Blakey, our Founder and Creative Director, is taking part in an Inspiration Theatre panel discussion, presenting one of the Inspiration Theatre seminars and holding a one-to-one Skills Lab Q&A workshop. For further details on our involvement, see below:

Lloyd will join a panel discussion on the innovative ways retailers are finding to drive store traffic.

IJL 2017, Inspiration Theatre: 3 Sept, 12:30 -13:30

At this Q&A workshop, Lloyd will provide one-to-one advice and guidance on creating effective retail branding and interior design that delivers increased sales.

IJL 2017, Skills Lab, Room 1: 3 Sept, 14:00 -15:00

The jewellery retail sector is experiencing major change with the growth of global multi-brands and the advent of omni-channel retail. Lloyd will present some unique insights from our wide-ranging experience in designing multi-branded retail spaces to show how today’s jewellers can rise to the challenges they face.

IJL 2017, Inspiration Theatre: 4 Sept, 10:00-11:00

As a member of both the NAJ and the DBA (Design Business Association) our focus is on delivering commercially effective design. If you’d like to discuss your jewellery retail design challenges, come and visit us on Stand L10 at this years IJL 2017 – we are right next to the champagne bar!
